Terms and Conditions

Please note that it is the renter's responsibility to return the facility back to its original condition.

Additional tables or chairs are the renter's responsibility.

Cleaning/Damage deposit will be refunded provided the facility is returned to its
original condition prior to your event.

Banners, signage, and/or posters may not be posted or taped to the walls.

Please do not leave the building unattended. Any damage that may happen during your rental
period specified on this contract will be at renter's expense.

If you are done prior to your scheduled closing time you are required to call facility staff
to lock the building prior to your departure.

Make sure all set-up and tear-down time is included in your open/close times.

Failure to be present at your stated open time may result in an additional call-out fee.

Client will be responsible for following all Washington State laws
regarding selling and/or serving alcoholic beverages.

Cleaning Requirements

Cleaning Check-Off List:

Remove all trash and recycling from garbage cans and haul trash to dumpster located
at side of building. Replace trash liner in garbage cans.

Remove personal food items from refrigerators. Wipe down all countertops, sweep floors in prep area.
Spot mop debris where necessary with water only.

Brooms, dust mops, and a vacuum are available to assist you.

Clean all table and chair surfaces prior to tear-down.

Put tables and chairs on proper racks and return to where you found them.

Sweep and spot mop dance floor. Mop floor with water only.

Vacuum carpet all carpeted areas.

Don't forget all of your belongings.
